1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the arenapuls platform — including the website at arenapuls.asia, any associated mobile-optimized pages, and all games, features, and services offered therein — you ("the User," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the arenapuls Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the arenapuls platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the site, and any person who interacts with arenapuls content or services in any capacity. • You are accessing the arenapuls platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of arenapuls, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the arenapuls platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not on any government-mandated exclusion list or self-exclusion register.

arenapuls reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of arenapuls services, you must register a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) arenapuls account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your arenapuls account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your arenapuls Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential;
• Notify arenapuls immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

arenapuls implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. arenapuls reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

arenapuls processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. arenapuls does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the arenapuls platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the arenapuls cashier page and may be updated from time to time;
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be delayed pending completion of identity checks;
• arenapuls reserves the right to apply processing times of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests, though arenapuls endeavors to process withdrawals as quickly as possible;
• arenapuls is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers;
• Any funds deposited into your arenapuls account that are suspected to be proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

arenapuls offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all arenapuls bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• arenapuls reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure;
• arenapuls decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering calculations are final.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the arenapuls platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on arenapuls, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

arenapuls uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. arenapuls does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, arenapuls reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. arenapuls is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arenapuls platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the arenapuls platform or its underlying software;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the arenapuls platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to arenapuls support immediately;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward arenapuls staff or other users;
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your arenapuls account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the arenapuls platform — including but not limited to the arenapuls brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of arenapuls or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the arenapuls platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any arenapuls content without the prior written consent of arenapuls.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arenapuls, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the arenapuls platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform;
• Technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance on information or content published on the arenapuls platform.

arenapuls's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arenapuls account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The arenapuls platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. arenapuls makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Privacy & Data

arenapuls collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the arenapuls platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the arenapuls Privacy Policy.

arenapuls implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and arenapuls cannot guarantee absolute data security.

arenapuls will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

You may close your arenapuls account at any time by contacting arenapuls customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the arenapuls platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
